Refunds and Exchanges
RETURNS: As each item is handmade to order when you place your order, returns can sometimes be a tricky thing to handle. Because of this, each return or exchange will be evaluated and handled case by case. You can always contact us for any return question at deAbstract.Studio@gmail.com
***REPAIRS: I offer complimentary repairs should any accidents happen with your piece within a month of your purchase. You pay your end of the shipping and I will pay mine.
***CARE: Jewelry is fragile, so please be kind to it! Regular swipes with a jewelry polishing cloth should help maintain the integrity of your sterling silver jewelry. Never shower or swim with your jewelry on as it will only quicken the tarnishing process and could potentially damage your piece. If you live in a particularly humid/moist/rainy area, you will most liking need to clean your jewelry more frequently. For significant tarnish (or for those of you who want to keep the pristine look of your piece intact) I recommend using Wrights Silver Polish Creme. It is gentle yet effective and available in most grocery stores! This is MY go-to product, it is even gentle enough to use on pieces with pearls! Of course please do not try to scrub pearls with this stuff, bad idea! Avoid the pearl as much as possible but a little contact wont harm it! For 14K gold plated items do not scrub to polish! Polish minimally and use a mild dish detergent (classic Dawn or light soap, or even toothpaste, will do) or pick up a mild gold cleaning liquid from your local jeweler. Wipe gently with a soft cloth and store in a dry place, if possible, store in a closed container. Humidity, excessive perspiration and general moisture can dull the finish and in some rare cases eat away at the gold. So again, please be kind to your jewelry!

For any hand made unique items made for your specific order we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items involving hand made orders with solid gold expensive material, cannot be returned, any perishable, and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (to be confirmed with your payment type). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
